Quick Listing Update - Changing Price, Updating Status, Deleting a Listing

Here is a quick way to update the status or price of your listing(s).

1.  Log in to broker.olr.com
2.  Go to My Listings > Manage Listings

3.  Click on the Update Listings icon.  
4.  Price and Status fields become editable. 
5.  Make the change and hit Submit. 

Note: Only Internal or Draft listings can be deleted from OLR.  All other listings are simply placed off the market by changing the status to POM or TOM (permanently or temporarily off market).
