How to search for multi-family homes for sale?

To find a multi-family home you will need to run a building for sale search. On the OLR menu go to search...listings...select a borough...building for sale. Under property type you will see the following options: Single Family; Two Family; Three Family; Multi-Family [4 to 6].

You can check off which ever are applicable to your search criteria.
