There are two ways to search for listings in a new construction or future construction.
We may have the building in OLR before it is built but most of the time the building does not release the listings. As a third option you can search for buildings that are a future construction (pre-construction).
Option 1
1. Log on to Broker.OLR.com
2. Go to Search...Listings...Manhattan....Sales
3. Choose your locations
4. Enter the price budget
5. Go to the "Essential" tab on the right hand side and under the "New Development" section you can select "New Conversion" and/or "New Construction". This will look for listings built or converted within the last three years.
6. Click Submit
Option 2
1. Repeat steps 1 through 4
2. Go to the "Essential" tab on the right hand side and under "Building Essentials" you can enter the "Year Built Range". To find pre-construction enter current year and a future year. I.e., 2013 - 2020
6. Click Submit
Option 3
You can search for buildings that are a future construction [holes in the ground] by following these steps.
1. Log on to Broker. OLR.com
2. Go to Search...Buildings....Building Groupings...Manhattan
3. Choose your locations
4. Under New Developments check Future Development
5. Under Building Ownership check Co-op and/or Condo
6. Click Submit
