Why can't I enter a listing into OLR if it already exists in the database?

Q:  Why can't I enter a listing into OLR when it already exists in the database?

 

A:  The only time an agent can enter a listing which already exists in OLR is if the status is set to rented, sold, permanently off the market (POM), or temporarily off the market (TOM).  If the listing is listed as active we will not allow an agent to update the existing record.  In order to update this listing you must contact the OLR Data Entry Team at (listings@olr.com).
