How do I add an agent to my listing?

Q:  How do I add an agent to my listing?


A:  You can include up to two additional agents from your company to a listing.  Only the OLR company administrator or the agent currently listed on listing can edit the listing.  Please follow the steps below to add another agent to your listing.

  1. Go to My Listings and select Manage Listings
  2. Select the Edit Listing tool
  3. Under Contacts, you can add an agent from your company in the Secondary Agent and Third Agent.


Please note if the agent does not work at the same brokerage, they must be added in the Co-Exclusive Agent box.

  1. Type the name of the agent you want and select the + sign in the pop up box
  2. Click Submit
