NYC Home Review is a feature that allows you (the agent/broker) to correspond with your customers efficiently and effectively via a personalized web page.
Please use the following information to ensure optimal performance when using this feature.
Getting Started:
1) On your "View Customers" page, click on "NYC Home Review Settings". This page will allow you to view your custom NYC Home Review web address, the customers you've invited to use this feature and also to invite any customers you have not invited yet. You are also given the option to log into NYC Home Review as your customer and also to revoke access from a customer if needed.
2) When a customer is invited to use NYC Home Review, they will receive an email with the official invitation and a link to access their account. The link will direct them to a page where they will be asked to Create a password. The username is their email address (Please note that if you change the customer's email on OLR, they will no longer be able to access NYC Home Review.
3) The terminology on NYC Home Review was tailored for your customers. Below is an explanation of the sections on NYC Home Review and which sections on OLR they correspond with.
Show All - This section will show all of the listings that are waiting for a response from your customer. The Show All section corresponds to the Proposed section of the customer portfolio page.
Not Interested - This section will show all of the listings that your customer has marked as not interested. The Not Interested section corresponds to the Dismissed section of the customer portfolio page.
Requested - This section will show all of the listings that your customer is interested in and would like to see. The Requested section corresponds to the To Be Seen and Favor sections on the customer portfolio page.
Shortlisted - This section will show all the listings that your customer has added to their shortlist. Shortlisting a listing is the equivalent to Favoring a listing. It allows the customer to view their top choices in one page. You will be able to see which listings your customer has shortlisted on the customer portfolio page.
Visited - This section is only available on NYC Home Review and does not correspond to any sections on OLR. It is a tool for your customer to review the units that they have seen with you.
