* The Firm needs to inform the RLS of the vendor change beforehand. Please email us at rlssupport@rebny.com.
* Firm needs to resubmit a new signed UCBA to REBNY Membership Department, selecting the new vendor. Please email membership at rebnymembership@rebny.com.
* Firm must make sure their listings were withdrawn with the previous vendor before submitting the listings with the new vendor. The new vendor is not allowed to submit listings into the RLS without this step.
* If firm’s syndicating through ListHub Network they need to notify ListHub of the change and provide the new vendor ID. – the new vendor can provide the ID to the firm or it can be obtained through RLS Support by emailing rlssupport@rebny.com.
