Make sure that your images meet the requirements.

1. Acceptable Formats:  JPG, PNG, or GIF
2. Each file can not be larger than 4 MB.  Preferably, the image file should be small, between 10 KB to 100 KB.  If you need to resize your file, you can go tohttps://express.adobe.com.
3. Video or Virtual Realty Tours are uploaded with a URL.
